Grip strength for aerialists and athletes: build it, train it, don't fake it
Ask any aerialist what slows their progress, and sooner or later the answer will involve their hands. A sequence that should flow —climb, wrap, inversion, descent— stalls the moment the forearms give out. The same is true for the weightlifter whose legs and back are ready but whose grip rolls the bar out mid-pull, or the CrossFiter whose lungs recover between rounds while their hands refuse to close.
